Living In the Present

I think of life as a good book. The further you get into it, the more it begins to come together and make sense.

Being present means that we take with us only the joys and problems of that present day, but we don’t carry the mistakes of days gone by, because we have no room for them. It’s a wrong belief to think that we can handle more than one day at a time. We must choose to live in the present; the “Here and Now”. We have to focus on what really means something to us.

We can’t change our future unless we change today. By living well today, we make our future better. None of us know anything certain about the future, we can be sure of this moment only.

We get our strength by living in the present moment. Why? Because we can control this moment only. We can’t control the past and not the future either. Each moment is filled with as much life as we can handle. Each moment is filled with enough to keep us alive, interested, and growing.
